Main Points Of The Agreement:

• The Store Room Limited is hereafter called “the Owner”.
• All payments are to be made in advance by the Storer.
• Goods are stored at the Storer’s sole risk. The Storer should take out Insurance cover.
• You hereby instruct the Owner to extend their insurance to cover your Goods. You understand this is provided subject to the terms and conditions of their policy.
• The Owner is not liable for the loss of any Goods stored on its premises.
• The Storer must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive Goods.
• The Space will only be accessible during set access hours as posted by the Owner.
• 14 days notice must be given for termination of this Agreement.
• The Storer must notify the Owner of all changes of address and contact telephone numbers.
• If the Storer fails to comply with the conditions of this Agreement the Owner will have certain rights which include forfeiture of the Deposit and the right to seize and sell and/or depose of the Goods (see clauses 4 & 8).
• The Owner has the right to refuse access if all fees are not paid promptly (see clause 11).
• The Owner has the right to enter the Space in certain circumstances.
• You have 14 days after the Owner confirms acceptance of the online booking to change your mind (the cooling off period). If you cancel during this period a refund will be provided based on the length of storage you have taken prior to cancelling and all goods being removed from the storage unit. The Owner can use any payment made by you to settle some or all of this. You can cancel by email, post or telephone call to The Store Room referring to your name, address and date of order.
